Summit Recruitment is a family owned business with over 30 years combined experience. Our Brisbane Office is currently seeking an experienced fulltime Senior 360 Recruitment Specialist to join the Summit family. The right person will be an integral part of our team to discuss how to move our business forward given the currently climate we are all in. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major national accounts.

Primary Objective

  • Developing strong outcome driven relationships
  • Growing revenue with existing contacts and generating new relationships
  • Delivering end to end 360 recruitment solutions
  • Talent pooling and market/project mapping
  • Recruiting both contract and permanent roles
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and accuracy to detail.
  • Experienced in governance and compliance of on boarding candidates
  • Provide reports to management on allocations
  • Bulk Support Worker Recruitment Campaigns
  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist management / staff where required – This includes (but not limited to) WHS Management System and Safe Work Method Statement manuals
  • General office administration

  • High energy levels, ability to drive business and generate sales opportunities
  • Initiate Labour Allocation processes for new projects
  • Manage ongoing movement of the workforce during the life of the projects
  • Maintain Company Database / System with up to date information
  • Induct all new employees to the company
  • Liaise with workforce (internal & external) in a respectful manner
  • Liaise with sales team to ensure that the correct workforce is recruited for the job
  • Liaise with payroll officer with any issues relating to timesheets
  • Inform the HR Manager of any injuries no matter how minor
